Non Sequiturs is hosted by Fynydd LLC on a VMware bare metal virtualization platform at Rackspace. The site is run by WordPress v3, with a custom “pluggable” theme.
Content Authoring
Textual content is created in a variety of applications, including TextMate, the WordPress administration panel, WordPress iOS mobile app, Apple Pages, Microsoft Word, etc. Visual content is often shot on a Canon Rebel XTi DSLR, and processed using Apple Aperture or Adobe Lightroom. Final crops and edits are then done in Adobe Photoshop.
Compatibility
I’ve put some effort into making sure the site renders in web browsers from Internet Explorer 6.0 and later, to Firefox, Safari, and Google Chrome. If the site doesn’t render properly for you it’s most likely due to the fact that your browser is IE6 or earlier. In that case I implore you to use a more current browser. Otherwise, let me know so that I can address any issues on my end.
